CVA Bulletin Help Center
This guide explains how to use the CVA Bulletin platform — from logging in and submitting articles to approving posts, commenting, liking, and subscribing.
1. Logging In and Dashboard Access
Use the Login link in the main navigation menu to access your account. After logging in, users with permissions will see a Dashboard link.
- Contributors – submit articles and comment on posts.
- Editors / Administrators / Directors – review, approve, publish, and manage content.
2. Submitting an Article
- Open the Dashboard.
- Enter the article title.
- Write the article content.
- Add a featured image if required.
- Submit the article for review.
Submitted articles are saved as Pending until approved.
3. Approving Articles
- Go to Posts in the Dashboard.
- Select Pending.
- Review and edit the article.
- Click Publish to make it live.
Once published, articles appear immediately on the CVA Bulletin homepage.
5. Liking Articles
Logged-in users may like articles to show engagement. Like counts help identify popular and impactful content.
6. Subscribing to the CVA Bulletin
Visitors can subscribe to receive email notifications whenever new articles are published.
- Locate the subscription form on the Bulletin homepage or sidebar.
- Enter a valid email address.
- Confirm the subscription if prompted.
- Receive automatic email updates.
7. Best Practices
- Write clear and informative titles.
- Use high-quality featured images.
- Preview articles before submitting.
- Maintain a respectful and professional tone.

4. Commenting on Articles
Logged-in users can comment at the bottom of articles. Editors and administrators can moderate comments via the Dashboard.
